Robert G. Chadwick, Jr. is a Partner and Chair of the Workplace Safety & Health Team at the national law firm of Freeman, Mathis & Gary, LLP. He is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has more than 38 years of experience in the areas of labor and employment law, OSHA/occupational safety and health law, and ERISA/employee benefits litigation. His skill set includes counseling, risk management, regulatory compliance, drafting policies and agreements, claim resolution, government audits and investigations, arbitrations, and administrative, federal and state court litigation and appeals.

Mr. Chadwick has been recognized as a Texas “Super Lawyer” by Thompson Reuters (2003, 2011-2022), a distinction reserved for the top 5% of lawyers in the State. Several of these representations stemmed from employee fatalities.
