On April 21, 2022, the Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission (“OSHRC”) published its decision in Secretary of Labor v. JRD, LLC d/b/a Maslonka Powerline Services. The decision vacated an OSHA citation following two deaths at a construction site in Texas. Robert G. Chadwick, Jr. and Robin Foret represented Maslonka.
